Olivia Winkelman

Olivia Winkelman has a diverse work experience in human resources. From 2019 to present, they have been the Head Human Resources at LVNL. Prior to this, Olivia worked as an Interim HR Consultant at P&Owerkt from 2010 to 2019. Olivia also served as the Program Committee Chair for the NVP from 2010 to 2014, where they organized events and managed sponsors and speakers. Before that, Olivia worked as a Senior HR Advisor at BDO Accountants & Adviseurs from 2006 to 2010 and as a P&O Manager at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 2001 to 2006. Olivia started their career as a Personnel Consultant at Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis from 2000 to 2001.

Olivia Winkelman has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 2000, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a degree in "Personeel & Arbeid" (Personnel & Labor). Olivia later attended the Academie voor Coaching in 2008 to 2009, to further develop their skills in coaching. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Post HBO program in "Personeel, Organisatie en Management" (Personnel, Organization and Management) at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Lastly, in 2010, they took a Leergang Arbeidsrecht (Employment Law) course at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
