Michael Lautersack

Michael Lautersack has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career in 2001 as a Major Account Manager and Sales Manager at Allegiance Telecom, where they successfully managed a sales team and consistently achieved quotas. In 2002, they joined Forest Pharmaceuticals as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, where they received accolades such as Specialty Representative of the Year and multiple President's Club awards.

In 2014, Lautersack moved on to Apollo Endosurgery as a Surgical Market Development Manager, where they managed and grew a $1M+ book of business in the bariatric surgery and therapeutic endoscopy space. Michael excelled in building strong relationships with C-Level Executives and Medical Directors in various healthcare settings.

From 2019 to 2020, Lautersack worked as a Senior Rare Disease Specialist at QOL Medical LLC, successfully developing and growing a GI rare disease market. Michael demonstrated expertise in educating healthcare providers, implementing diagnostics, and coordinating prescription fulfillment through specialty pharmacies.

Most recently, Lautersack joined Lucid Diagnostics in 2020 as a Regional Business Manager. Michael later transitioned to the role of Area Sales Director - East in 2022. This role showcases their leadership skills and ability to oversee sales operations in a specific geographic region.

Throughout their career, Lautersack has consistently achieved business results, received awards, and demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Michael Lautersack attended Boston College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
