Venie Weather has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the accounting and finance field. Venie most recently served as the Director of Accounting at Lucid Hearing since December 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, they worked as the Financial Controller at USA Renovations Inc. Venie also held the position of Business Manager at W&M Construction Services from 2007 to 2019, where they were responsible for directing and coordinating company operations and fieldwork. Venie'searly career includes work as a Safe Controller/Customer Service at Kroger from 2003 to 2006.

Venie Weather received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis - School of Business, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology at Colorado State University Global.
