Andy Yang

Andy Yang has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2003. In 2003, they began their career as a Graphic Designer at World News Weekly, where they were responsible for communicating with customers, designing 20+ ads per week, and communicating with print shops for printing quality. In 2006, Andy moved to Sinter Information Corp. as a Website and UI Designer, where they planned and built the structure of the rental system website, was a key member of the Gogrok collaboration software development team, and co-worked with backend engineering team in Singapore. In 2008, they became a UI/UX Designer at Openfind, where they were in charge of gauging the usability of existing and new products, constructing UI flow and structure, developing detailed storyboards and mockups, and writing and maintaining all HTML and CSS styles for cross-browsers. In 2014, they became a Visual UI Designer at CHEETAH MOBILE. In 2019, they joined Soocii Co., Ltd. as a UI/UX Design Manager, and also began working at Lucid as a Product Head, where they were responsible for LucidVideo.ai and LucidPix, and was involved in market fit, product planning, roadmap scheduling, wireframe, execution time management, traction design, and data analyzing.

Andy Yang obtained a Master degree in Digital Design from Griffith University between 2003 and 2004. Andy also earned a Bachelor degree in Design Studies from Griffith University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design from Martin College between 2000 and 2001.
