Ayman Badr

Ayman Badr is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Lucid Motors, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Ayman held the position of Executive Consultant for Business Transformation and Lean Manufacturing at Assets for Consultancy, HR Development and Training since October 2018, and was Director of Operations at Egyptian German Automotive from September 2019 to December 2023. Ayman's extensive career at General Motors spanned from July 1992 to September 2018, where various key roles included Director of Government Relations and Public Policy, Director of Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering North Africa, and several managerial positions in manufacturing and engineering. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo and a BSc in Production Engineering from Alexandria University.
