James Tucker is a seasoned executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various regions and industries. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruitment and Global Head of Executive Recruitment at Lucid Motors since July 2022, James leads the identification and selection of leadership talent. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition for the Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania regions at Nissan Motor Corporation, where James established the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. James's career also encompasses significant positions at IBM, Care UK, Britvic PLC, Hudson, and REED, where a focus on strategic resourcing and stakeholder engagement has been pivotal. James holds a BA (Hons) in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Liverpool.
