David Postforoosh

David Postforoosh currently serves as the Executive Director of Recruitment and previously held the position of Director of Selection at Northwestern Mutual since March 2020. With a career at Enterprise Holdings spanning from July 2007 to February 2020, David progressed through various roles, starting as a Management Trainee and Assistant Manager, later becoming Branch Manager, and eventually advancing to Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist. David's focus on talent acquisition allowed for impactful contributions to the company by understanding the competencies necessary for success.
