Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, event management, marketing, and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual since September 2018, Michelle has successfully connected motivated students with a renowned college internship program. In addition to this role, Michelle is a Co-Chair for the Distinguished Young Women of Kootenai County and previously worked as a Catering Director and Event Coordinator at Catered for You, where Michelle managed a variety of significant events. Michelle's earlier roles include Marketing Specialist at Windermere Real Estate and On Air Personality at MyRadio 102.5, showcasing a diverse skill set in both communication and social media management. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Idaho, earned in 2015.
