Jessica Sweeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources operations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Lucid Motors since April 2022, Jessica previously held key roles at eBay from July 2015 to April 2022, including Head of Global Recruiting Operations and Sr Manager of Recruiting Operations & PMO, where Jessica developed human capital management strategies, led succession planning, and designed diversity initiatives. Jessica's career began at Signio in 1999, followed by positions at VeriSign, PayPal, and eBay, during which Jessica honed skills in compliance, billing, and operations management.
