Juan Jesus Millan Esqueda

Juan Jesus Millan Esqueda is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer currently leading the Closures Lines at Lucid Motors since September 2021. In this role, Juan is responsible for coordinating new vehicle implementations and engineering changes at the Lucid AMP-1 facility. Previously, Juan worked as a Process Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from March 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing processes for the Jeep Compass MCA and coordinating engineering changes at the Toluca Assembly Plant. Juan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
