Kim Crouch

Kim Crouch, CIPP US, currently serves as Deputy General Counsel, Privacy Officer, and Associate General Counsel for Privacy, Data Security, and Consumer Finance at Lucid Motors since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading privacy program creation and driving global legal strategy for data privacy and security matters. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at General Motors, where Kim led global privacy operations and oversaw complex security initiatives, as well as significant achievements in compliance with data privacy regulations. Additional leadership roles include serving as President and Board Member for Plymouth Canton Community Schools and Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer Inc. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
