Tyson M. Avery

Tyson M. Avery is an accomplished legal professional specializing in ethics and compliance, with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. At Lucid Motors, Tyson serves as Associate General Counsel and Director of Ethics & Compliance. Previously, Tyson held the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Starbucks and served as SVP, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Global Director of Internal Audit at CBRE. Additionally, Tyson was the Director of Ethics and Compliance at ITT and began a career in law as an Officer and Judge Advocate in the US Marine Corps. Tyson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, followed by a law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
