Albert Krug, PhD, currently serves as the Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Lucid Software, a role initiated in June 2025. Prior to this position, Albert was heavily involved with SurveyMonkey from September 2021 to June 2025, holding various senior positions focused on enterprise account management and market research solutions. Albert’s extensive experience in account management includes significant roles at Oracle, where responsibilities encompassed aiding small and mid-size companies in transitioning to cloud technologies from August 2017 to August 2021. Additionally, Albert co-founded the first live shopping platform in Spain, Oferton Live Shopping S.L., and has held sales and managerial roles at companies such as SAS Prefabricados de Hormigón and JON IAN LIMITED. Educationally, Albert holds a PhD in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing, alongside a Master of Arts in Fashion Knitwear Design, a Master of Science in International Business, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture.
