Steve Fetch

Steve Fetch has a strong background in operations and engineering, with extensive experience in executive roles. Steve most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lucideon, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operations & Engineering at Oerlikon from September 2021 to April 2023. Steve also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Stellar Precision Components from February 2021 to September 2021, and as the General Manager from December 2019 to February 2021. Steve has also held executive positions at Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing and 3D Systems Corporation. Steve started their career as a Field Faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, and also worked at Powerex Inc., Robertshaw, and Rockwell Automation in various roles.

Steve Fetch earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001-2003. Steve also holds a Certified Quality Engineer certification from the American Society of Quality. Steve studied Supervision (Organizational Leadership) for their BS degree at Purdue University. Additionally, they received a Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from the Six Sigma Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. Steve Fetch further pursued their education in Industrial Engineering, completing their MS degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
