Jeremy Norwood has extensive experience in technical support and system maintenance, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at LucidLink since July 2021. Previously, Jeremy worked at Bridge Digital Incorporated from September 2009 to July 2021, where responsibilities included support, installation, and technical training on hardware and software, as well as performing diagnostics and documenting help desk tickets. Additionally, Jeremy was a Support and System Specialist at Marquis Broadcast from February 2010 to February 2017, providing installation, technical training, and troubleshooting for customer software issues.
