Julian Davchev

Julian Davchev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Julian is currently the Managing Director at LucidLink, where they oversee the operations of the company. Prior to that, they served as the Site Lead at LucidLink, from 2018 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2018, Julian was the CEO of Montway Bulgaria, where they focused on leading product development and restructuring the IT and call center departments to build efficient teams and drive company growth.

Before that, from 2010 to 2015, Julian worked at Trader.bg / Trading212.com as an IT Manager. Julian was responsible for building and managing a high-performing IT team, expanding the forex trading platform's capabilities, and overseeing various departments.

Julian's work experience also includes roles at Earth.org as a Senior Developer, at Vision22 as a Lead Developer and Software Architect, at intergenia AG as a Developer, and at perdata as a University intern.

Throughout their career, Julian has demonstrated expertise in team management, product development, IT infrastructure, and software engineering.

Julian Davchev has a strong educational background in technology and project management. Julian completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications at New Bulgarian University from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Software technologies in the Internet from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Julian Davchev has also obtained certifications in project management. Julian earned the PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2018. Julian also obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the same institution, also in September 2018. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and competence in the field of project management.
