Stephanie Fields-Lightfoot is an experienced professional in real estate sales and operations management. Currently serving as a real estate sales agent with the Bob Lucido Team of Keller Williams Lucido Agency since 2019, Stephanie specializes in home sales, client support, staging, and marketing. As the Director of Operations at The Face Place since 2004, Stephanie oversees the organization's functions. Previously, as Program Director for Communities In Schools Georgia, Stephanie developed a non-profit school for at-risk youth in Baltimore, collaborating with local schools and creating support programs for families. Stephanie’s early career includes volunteering with the Peace Corps in Jamaica, where efforts in urban youth development led to the establishment of a community center and a non-profit organization. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 1996.
