Natalia Gorzoch

Natalia Gorzoch is a seasoned Senior Program Manager at Lucix Corporation, specializing in managing cost, schedule, and performance for custom space communication payload hardware since September 2020. Previously, Natalia held the position of Program Manager at Kellstrom Defense, directing a team of program managers across multiple sites and implementing a company-wide phase gate system. At Eaton, Natalia managed profit and loss for two product lines while overseeing new product developments. Earlier experience includes roles with the United States Air Force, where Natalia contributed to satellite communication system integrations and flight testing. Natalia holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a B.S.E in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Tulane University.
