Benjamin Thompson

Benjamin Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land development and planning. Currently serving as the Director of Southeast Greenfields & Development at Luck Companies since September 2018, Benjamin also holds the position of Director of Land Development at Luck Real Estate Ventures since June 2013. Prior to these roles, Benjamin has worked at Luck Stone Corporation as the Land Use & Development Leader/Strategic Development since June 2005, and held various planning positions at URS Corporation, HMB Professional Engineers, and James City County. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban & Rural Planning with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a concentration in Planning from Salisbury University.
