E. Linwood Thomas IV

E. Linwood Thomas IV currently serves as the Director of Mid-Atlantic Greenfield Development at Luck Companies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Director of Economic Development for Hanover County from April 2017 to March 2023 and held the position of Economic Development Director for King George County Economic Development and Tourism from September 2013 to March 2017. Thomas also contributed as the Director of Marketing and Global Business Development for the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance at the University of Mary Washington from January 2008 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Business Management from George Mason University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
