Mark Kelpe

Mark Kelpe has over two decades of experience in the mining and construction industries, currently serving as Key Account Manager for Luck Companies since May 2006. In this role, Mark focuses on aggregate sales, product distribution, and relationship management, particularly for the Transform I-66 project. Prior to this position, Mark held the role of Plant Manager, overseeing operations at two crushed stone quarries, and served as Foreman responsible for the efficient daily operations of a surface quarry. Additionally, Mark has been a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Greene County since May 2018 and previously worked as a Plant Maintenance Foreman at Aggregate Industries. Mark’s military experience includes serving as Captain in the US Army with roles related to logistics and maintenance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech.
