Mike Plale

Mike Plale, PMP has a comprehensive work experience with a strong background in project management, particularly in the mining and construction industry. Mike currently holds the position of Director of Project Management at Luck Companies since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Construction Project Manager at the company from February 2017 to October 2021. Mike also worked as a Project Manager and Design Engineer from July 2015 to February 2017.

Before joining Luck Companies, Mike worked at Freeport-McMoRan from 2011 to 2015. Mike held the position of Senior Mine Engineer from February 2014 to June 2015, where they were responsible for capital forecasting, long-range planning, and managing infrastructure relocation projects. Mike also served as the lead mentor for the development of summer interns and mentors at the mine. Additionally, they had the opportunity to evaluate future mining opportunities and company growth.

Prior to their tenure at Aggregates USA, Mike worked as a Project Engineer at Rinker Materials from June 2006 to June 2008.
