Katherine Andrade Ampuero

Katherine Andrade Ampuero has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable de Dirección de Personas at Luckia since August 2016, where responsibilities include controlling vacation reports and calculating provisions. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Luckia, including Coordinador and Asistente de Dirección de Personas, focusing on employee schedules, contract preparation, and payroll management. Katherine's experience also includes working as an Asistente de Recursos Humanos at Operaciones Servicios y Sistemas, overseeing payroll for multiple clients and managing employee records. Earlier experience includes serving as an Asistente de RRHH at Servicios Integrales Valparaíso SRL. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from UPC. Additionally, Katherine obtained a Técnico degree in Hotel Management from Instituto San Ignacio de Loyola.
