SUPERVISOR OF THE LUCKY SAINT
Lucky Saint is on a mission to revolutionise the non-alcoholic beer category and become the defining alcohol free beer.
Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Super Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.
We are a team, who all passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business - whether that’s working with consumers, customers, our suppliers and each other. We’re interested in people who want to spearhead a revolution in the industry, who are naturally curious, entrepreneurial, commercial and restless to make magic happen.
In 4 years we have gained distribution in 4500 outlets across the UK, including 65 Michelin star restaurants, and over 400 venues serving us on tap. The on trade is our heartland and our mission is to become the bar call for non-alcoholic lager.
THE OPPORTUNITY

The Lucky Saint is the face of our brand and our permanent home, and we have huge plans for the venue. We are looking for ambitious people to help us to take our brand to the next level. You will report directly into the General Manager of The Lucky Saint.
As the Supervisor, you are central to the running of business. You’re an expert shift leader and have great experience and a passion for food and drink. You have experience on both sides of the bar and a great eye for detail across all aspects of the business. You will lead the charge to provide the best service, food and drinks within our wonderful industry.
You will ensure the team are happy, healthy and well catered for. Whether that be building out incentives with our brand partners, up-skilling and educating the team on our carefully selected range or going above and beyond for our customers.
You know who our locals are – and they know you. You will spend time getting to know our guests, making them feel welcome in our pub.
You will help manage our beautiful event space to maximise our customers enjoyment.
You take care in the way you communicate with both our team and our customers.
Lead a great shift when running the pub – understand the art of setting the mood in the venue and creating a great environment
Embrace daily challenges and bounce back with tenacity and resilience
You are self-aware and open to learning and development
You face into having tough conversations, when necessary, whether that be internally or with customers
You always take care to give and receive feedback amongst our team
You ensure all the team embrace a growth mindset to continue their development
You take care to complete all compliance, cash handling and stock control checks with accuracy, patience and efficiency
Work hard to achieve your KPI’s so we can share in the success of The Lucky Saint
Keep staff motivated and engaged to deliver the highest possible standards, with an impeccable eye for detail, always challenging us to improve and grow
Commit to the wider Lucky Saint business, getting involved with the wider Lucky Saint team to embrace our wonderful team and the collective knowledge of our business.
Drive high standards across all aspects of the business, always focused on how we can do better
Use you experience and knowledge to help us drive an industry leading food menu, focused on providing the highest quality, inclusive menu to our customers
Help us recruit and onboard a team of superstars while ensuring our incumbent team are happy and pulling in the same direction.
