JISHAR NK has over nine years of experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as a Global IT Support Specialist at Lucy Electric since March 2019, where responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and deployment of SCCM and the migration to Microsoft 365 Enterprise. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Support Engineer at Medseven Healthcare, focusing on Windows Server installation and network design, and as a Systems Support Engineer at Family Food Centre, handling Windows and Linux platform configurations and Active Directory management. Earlier experience as a System Administrator at Extremaa Technologies involved Linux server installations and system performance monitoring.
