Zachary Francis

Zachary Francis has a diverse range of work experience. Zachary is currently working as the Community Outreach Manager at Ludex Technologies Inc. since November 2022. In addition, Zachary is the Co-Founder of the National Youth Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NYATA) since October 2022, which serves as the governing body for youth acrobatics and tumbling.

Before their current roles, Zachary was the General Manager at World Champions Centre from June 2017 to the present. Zachary initially served as the Recreational Program Director from June 2017 to January 2021, and was promoted to General Manager in January 2018. At World Champions Centre, they managed the Acrobatics & Tumbling team from January 2018 to May 2021.

Prior to that, Zachary worked as an Event Manager at OneCause from February 2017 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for event preparation, staff management, and on-site support for clients.

In 2021, Zachary worked as an Account Executive at ASSURANCE IQ from February 2021 to May 2021. Their responsibilities involved connecting with individuals and helping them obtain life insurance coverage at affordable rates.

Before that, Zachary held the position of Manager at Maximum Athletics from March 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they oversaw various aspects of the gym, including enrollment, community outreach, staff management, program expansion, and general facility maintenance.

In 2014, Zachary worked as the Lead Driver and Trainer at East Texas Oilfield Supply Company from May 2014 to November 2014. Zachary drove a Class B super sucker truck and was responsible for cleaning oil spills and equipment at oil rigs.

Prior to that, Zachary worked as a Driver at Patrick's Water & Vac from January 2013 to May 2014. Zachary operated a Class B super sucker truck and facilitated the cleaning process at oil rigs.

Zachary also has experience in the religious sector. Zachary served as the Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church Devine Texas from October 2010 to November 2012. Their responsibilities included youth ministry activities, teaching, event planning, budget management, and website editing. Before that, they worked as an intern at Prestonwood Baptist Church from October 2009 to October 2010.

Zachary Francis completed their Master's Degree in Christian Leadership at Liberty University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at East Texas Baptist University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Zachary has obtained several certifications, including the School of Business: Administrator certification from USA Gymnastics in March 2016, the USA Gymnastics University: Recreational Director certification from USA Gymnastics in January 2016, and the General Lines Agent Life, Accident, Health and HMO certification from the Texas Department of Insurance in December 2020.
