Amy Bernadt is the Senior Director of Implementation at Ludi, Inc., a healthcare technology company that makes it easier for hospitals to pay physicians. Ludi’s DocTime® Suite automates the payment process for any type of physician arrangement from a signed contract to payment.

Ludi is trusted by hundreds of hospitals nationwide to help them track, manage and audit payments to physicians resulting in significant cost savings, improved physician satisfaction and reduced compliance risk and administrative burden.

As Senior Director of Implementation, Amy leads the implementation process for DocTime Suite products with hospital and health system clients, including provider contract review, site development, physician and administrative training, and ongoing client interfacing. Amy also builds client relationships following a successful sales process, ensuring clients are supported, empowered, and able to successfully meet their implementation goals and timeline.

In addition, Amy assists in the development of internal strategies and tools for improving the efficiency of the DocTime Suite Implementation process, and advises the Product Team on the development of internal tools for loading provider contracts and trains colleagues in the process of reading and loading contracts in preparation for DocTime Suite upload and tracking. Amy also provides a healthcare insider perspective to our Product Team when developing new products, resources, and tools through internal discussion, research, and testing.
