Sophie Sherwin

Sophie Sherwin currently serves as the Assistant Recruitment Manager at Iris Care Group since September 2022, previously holding the position of Recruitment Advisor. Prior to this role, Sophie accumulated extensive experience at Cardiff Community Housing Association from January 2010 to March 2022 as a Housing Officer. In the early stages of a career in the film industry, Sophie worked as a Production Assistant in freelance film production from 2007 to 2009. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Video Production from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2007, and completed education at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf from 1996 to 2003.
