Iain J Haughie is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental management with a strong background in risk management across the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Global Director HSE & Fleet at Lufkin Industries since May 2023, Iain oversees the design and implementation of HSE programs and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Previously, Iain held roles including Process Safety and Risk Manager at Aera Energy LLC, Quality, Health, Environment and Safety Manager at Chevron, and Senior Advisor - Risk Management at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering and an MBA, Iain has successfully driven HSE initiatives, managed teams, and developed enterprise-wide safety strategies throughout a career spanning over two decades, including significant contributions to major capital projects and operational excellence.
