Judith Semar

Judith Semar has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the AGIFORS Chair for Scheduling and Strategic Planning since February 2021, leading a professional society that advances operational research and analytics within aviation. Judith has been with Lufthansa Systems since October 2002, holding multiple roles including Product Owner for Optimization, Manager of Portfolio and Innovations, and Project Manager for Airline Solutions, focusing on investment management, product development, and international project implementation. Prior positions include Chair of the Operations Study Group at AGIFORS from January 2019 to January 2021 and Scheduling and Network Planning Professional at Lufthansa from September 1999 to September 2002, where Judith specialized in schedule management and network planning.
