Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has dedicated efforts to online sales of organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, and practicing as a Nutritionist at a private practice, along with serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics nutrition and food history.
