Marcus Haerder

Marcus Haerder has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Marcus began their career in 2007 at Lufthansa Technik, where they held various roles, such as Design Engineer and Manager of Product Development and Component Engineering. In 2014, they became Team Manager for Customer & Requirement Engineering, and in 2015, they were promoted to Head of Closed Loop Production System. From 2018 onwards, Marcus served as Head of Supply Chain for Mobile Engine Services. In 2023, they joined Lufthansa Technical Training GmbH as Head of Training Management.

Marcus Haerder completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2006 at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Marcus then pursued further education and from 2008 to 2011, they attended Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, obtaining a degree in Business/Managerial Economics and becoming a Diplom-Ingenieur.
