Donna Gilliland has extensive experience in technical publications and aircraft documentation, currently serving in the role of Document Control Technical Publications at Lufthansa Technik Component Services since September 2015. Additionally, Donna Gilliland has been an Aircraft Documentation Specialist at Bizjet International, a member of the Lufthansa Technik Group, since September 2011, contributing expertise in completions and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) documentation.
