Mathias Nolte

Mathias Nolte is an accomplished professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Head of iMRO Projects and Capability Management at Lufthansa Technik Component Services since August 2018. Previously, Nolte held the position of Capability Buildup Manager and worked at Lufthansa Technik AG as an Innovations Manager specializing in aircraft exterior coatings and as a Project Manager in R&D for VIP & Executive Jet Solutions, focusing on environmentally friendly coatings. Early career experience includes a research associate role at TU Hamburg-Harburg, where Nolte led projects in environmental science and energy economics, and successfully managed the development of innovative materials. Nolte holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Materials Science from Hamburg University of Technology and has engaged in advanced studies at the University of Cambridge.
