Isabel Dr. Gutmann

Isabel Dr. Gutmann currently serves as the Head of Digital Innovation and Agile at Lufthansa since October 2022 and has held the role of Agile Coach. Prior to this, Isabel worked at AirPlus International from September 2018 to September 2022 as a Leading Expert in Market Research, focusing on quantitative and qualitative international market research and agile methodologies. From September 2009 to July 2018, Isabel was with Deutsche Telekom, where roles included Experte Agile Product Management & Research, Scrum Master & Product Manager, and Produktmanager, emphasizing agile product development, market research, and project management. Isabel holds a PhD in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and two degrees from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, including a Magistra in Amerikanistik and a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
