Viorel Nica

Viorel Nica has extensive experience in the aviation and engineering sectors, currently serving as Key Account Manager for Romania and the Republic of Moldova at Lufthansa Group since May 2014. Prior to this role, Viorel held various positions at Austrian Airlines from February 2007 to April 2014, including Sales Support Specialist and Marketing Specialist. Viorel began a career in the aviation industry at Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. from May 2002 to January 2007, working as a Ticketing Agent, Customer Care representative, Sales Support, and IT specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as Mechanical Design Engineer at Patrascu & Gane Engineering from 2001 to May 2002 and as Mechanical Engineer at Energomontaj SAEM from 1998 to 2001, focusing on hydropower plant refurbishment.
