Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing Manager at Xtra Mile, a B2B marketing agency, where they were responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies. Hagit also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Da'at Educational Expeditions, where they developed and implemented business and marketing strategies in the travel industry. Additionally, they served as the CMO and Global Business Development VP at QuiCargo Technologies, leading the organization's strategic direction. Hagit has also held senior positions at YK Center, Jewish Federation & Family Services, Orange County, and The Israeli Phoenix. Hagit Partouche received their Bachelor's degree in Education Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Hagit further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from 1996 to 1998. In 2016, they attended the Ruppin Academic Center to study Digital Marketing, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
