Mino Cerullo

Mino Cerullo has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurants and operations management. Mino is currently serving as the Managing Director at LUIGIA Restaurants. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of International Operations and Projects at BHOLDINGS LIMITED from 2019 to 2022. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Operations at Daylesford. Mino also has experience as the Restaurants Operations Manager at Selfridges from 2013 to 2014 and as the Restaurants Operations Manager and GMM at itsu from 2011 to 2013.
