Marco Masoni, Ed.D., J.D. has a wealth of experience in the field of education. In 2008, they began working as the Director of Project Citizen Digital and Manager of the School Violence Prevention Program at the Center for Civic Education. In 2011, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Einztein.com, a social learning community. In 2012, they provided sales, marketing, RFP and market development consulting services to Engrade, Inc. In 2014, they were the Director of STEAM and Academic Integration at Milken Community High School, where they created and launched the concept of X learning. In 2015, they became the Dean of Innovation at The Derryfield School, where they developed and implemented the school's grades 6-12 innovative STEM X program. In 2016, they were the Lead STEM Entrepreneurship Instructor at the Boston Leadership Institute. In 2017, they were a Strategic Advisor at NeurSciences. In 2020, they were the Partner and Chief Operating Officer at kin:pathic. In 2021, they were the Head of Strategy for the Caribbean at Lukasa. Finally, in 2022, they were the Expedition Leader for Parkimanjaro.com, where they led an expedition to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and produced a documentary to raise awareness of the importance of movement for people with Parkinson's.

Marco Masoni, Ed.D., J.D. obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the USC Rossier School of Education in 2015, specializing in Educational Psychology and STEM integration. Marco received their JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995, and their BA in History from New York University in 1989. Marco graduated from Walt Whitman High School prior to that.
