Victoria has several years of experience as a candidate engagement specialist for executive-level recruiting with some of the nation’s top-tier healthcare systems, including Kaiser Permanente, CHRISTUS, Tenet Healthcare, Sutter Health, Universal Health Services, Dignity Health, and Providence Health. Prior to this, they were an Executive Producer and Brand Film Specialist at IDEATE | ID8 Creative Brand Strategy Agency since 2005.
