Mateusz Saczywko

Mateusz Saczywko is an experienced public procurement specialist with a strong background in managing and coordinating procurement processes across various institutions. Currently serving as the Public Procurement and Purchasing Department Manager at Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz since August 2023, Mateusz leads a team and oversees comprehensive public procurement proceedings. Previously, roles included specialist positions at TR Warszawa and the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute, focusing on public procurement management and training. With extensive experience at the Bureau of the Ombudsman and other cultural institutions, responsibilities encompassed contract negotiations, audit responses, and compliance with procurement laws. Mateusz holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw.
