Paul Morris is an experienced professional in the chocolate industry, currently serving as the European Sales Manager at Luker Chocolate since November 2018, where the focus is on sustainable single origin chocolate ingredients and premium private label solutions. Concurrently, Paul holds the position of European Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Consultant for CasaLuker S.A. since January 2016, collaborating with a Colombian cocoa grower and chocolate manufacturer known for its sustainable fino de aroma cacao. Previously, Paul founded and managed The Chocolate Cafe, an award-winning artisan chocolate company, from January 2008 to July 2017.
