Ben Conniff

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer at Luke's Lobster

Ben Conniff is the co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Luke’s Lobster, with over 30 locations across 9 US cities and internationally in Japan and Taiwan. After answering Luke’s Craigslist ad in the summer of 2009 and opening his first location in the East Village one month later, Ben remains heavily involved in the day-to-day workings of Luke’s from the beginning.

Ben is also the author of Real Maine Food and has written for Saveur, GQ, Tasting Table, and more. He was named to the Inc. and Zagat “30 Under 30” lists and serves as an advisor to the restaurant, fishery, and agriculture businesses. He spends the majority of his time in Portland, ME.
