Alberto Cordoba

Alberto Cordoba is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer experience, organizational transformation, and strategic consulting. As the Director General of Lukkap since March 2009, Alberto has been pivotal in unifying various solutions to drive transformation for both businesses and individuals. Prior to this role, Alberto served as Socio-Director and founder of Lukkap CX, Spain's first customer experience consultancy. Alberto's career includes significant positions as Director at Vialogos, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and project execution, and as a consultant at Hay Group, progressing from Junior to Senior Consultant with a focus on strategy and organizational development.
