Alexey Smirnov

Alexey Smirnov started their work experience in 2010 at LUKOIL-Trans as a Specialist in foreign logistics development, where they worked until October 2011. From November 2011 to July 2013, they worked at URALSIB Capital as a DCM Associate, handling bond issues and origination projects. In 2013, they joined LUKOIL Overseas Baltic Ltd. (Dubai Branch) as an Economics Coordinator in the Economics & Planning Department.
