Konstantin Kolesnik

Konstantin Kolesnik is a Senior legal counsel with extensive experience in securities operations and M & A. Konstantin worked at LUKOIL since April 2003. Prior to that, Konstantin worked as a Lawyer at InSpace Consulting from 2000 to 2003 and as an Associate at Macleod Dixon from 1997 to 2000. Konstantin holds a Ph. D. in Civil law from the Institute of State and Law Russian Academy of Science, and has additional education in European Anti Trust Law, German Private Law, EU Law, Competition Law from Leiden University. Konstantin also holds a JD in Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
