Andrey Shablovskiy

Andrey Shablovskiy is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Procurement and Supply Chain Contracts Manager at LUKOIL since November 2013, Andrey has previously held roles such as Contracts Administration Manager and Supply Chain Specialist within the same company. Prior to LUKOIL, Andrey was the Head of Contracts and Commercial Department and Senior Contracts Specialist at Technopromexport, JSC from September 2012 to November 2013. Andrey began the professional journey as a Contracts Specialist at Klimov, JSC between October 2010 and September 2012. Andrey holds two Master's degrees in Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, completed from 2003 to 2009.
