Mr. Luk Fung, aged 53, is an Executive Director of the Company. He is a holder of a MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has years of experience in the financial services industry prior to joining the Group. He is the General Manager of Luks Cement (Vietnam) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group and is responsible for the development of the cement business of the Group. He has been with the Group for 22 years. Mr. Luk also holds directorship in various subsidiaries of the Group. He is a son of Madam Cheng Cheung, a younger brother of Mr. Luk Yan and an elder brother of Ms. Luk Sze Wan, Monsie, who are all Executive Directors of the Company.

The Property Investment segment is engaged in the investment in industrial, commercial and residential premises for rental income. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties. The Corporate and Others segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of electronic products, plywood products and traditional Chinese medicine products, among others.
