Dennis Bednarski

As Senior Vice President, Dennis is responsible for electric and gas operations coast-to-coast of a $600M private equity-owned utility contractor. Dennis’s business strategy is based on “coaching for success”. Key areas of focus are safety, training, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and workforce development.

Dennis brings a wealth of experience from Municipal Government where he served as the General Manager of Electric Distribution, Water and Fleet to ComEd going from field to Regional Manager. Throughout his career, he has held numerous Union officer positions: Executive Committee and Board of Directors for both Municipal Electric Utilities of Wisconsin (MEUW) and Wisconsin Public Power Incorporated (WPPI), past Chair of the Transmission and Distribution Committee for America Public Power Association (APPA), and numerous other boards and technical schools. He led many successful mergers and acquisitions during his career. Dennis earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from National Louis University.
