Jannae Jackson

Jannae Jackson is currently the Head of CX and Head of Banking Operations at Lulalend since October 2021. Prior to this, Jannae held various positions at Prodigy Finance from 2015 to October 2021, including Head of Back Office, Fulfillment & Disbursement Manager, and Verification Customer Success Manager. Earlier in Jannae's career, they served as a New Business Operations Manager at Capita, an Operations Manager at Asda, and a Collections & Trace Operations Manager at DMC. Jannae has a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from AOT online courses and a Diploma in Operations Management and Supervision from Damelin.
